Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of WhoTookWhat, operated by ArcadeGeek LTD. Read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for activity under your sign-in. One person may start one trial.
The service
WhoTookWhat is an asset register for Organisations. We may change or withdraw features, or suspend access if you misuse the service or fail to pay.
Acceptable use
Do not use WhoTookWhat to break the law, probe or disrupt the service, upload malware, or store content you do not have the right to store. We may remove content or close accounts that breach these terms.
Billing
Paid plans are billed by live assets through Stripe. Prices exclude VAT where it applies. You can cancel in admin; access continues until the end of the paid period unless we state otherwise.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, ArcadeGeek LTD is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you a right to sue in your home country.
